This month features John's full prowess in cooking, including prosciutto gnocchi with pan-seared zucchini, and rock bass with lemon-honey quinoa.
To begin with, however, we have the incredibly adult meal of chocolate pudding:

Next up is the prosciutto gnocchi with pan-seared zucchini and Calabrian chile tomato sauce. The recipe is from Blue Apron here, but we did it using store bought ingredients.

This dish hit a lot of high notes for me: potato gnocchi is great, spicy chile sauce, zucchini, and of course the star prosciutto. It was so good that I demanded John make it again, and invited Grandma T over to partake of it too.
