We started this month off with a lot of comfort food, and then put in some work as mom was visiting.

It's been helpful to keep these logs of food, both as a mindfulness exercise and also to remember which dishes we liked the most so that we can revisit them. This month's winners? Pizza, as well as tomato soup with grilled cheese. Potato wedges come as a runner up in third place, as we made a lot of them!
